📦 Delivery of Services

All services offered by me here in refereed to as Tellstone Ronnie are digital and delivered via email or through cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). Upon confirmation of payment, project delivery typically begins within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Clients will receive files, previews, or links to completed work at the email address provided during purchase or consultation.

🔁 Revisions Policy

I offer up to [2 or 3] rounds of revisions depending on the service. Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur an extra fee, which will be communicated before any further work begins.

💳 Refund Policy

Because I offer custom, made-to-order digital services, refunds are only available if the project has not been started or if delivery exceeds the agreed timeline without prior notice.

Refunds will not be issued for completed work or for dissatisfaction based on personal taste after final approval.
